We welcome professionals who want to work on a commission basis or as self-employed contractors, with availability to work at different locations depending on client demand.

2. Who we are looking for
- Technicians and engineers with industrial plant experience.
- Skills: electrical maintenance (panels, PLCs, drives), mechanical (motors, transmissions), automation, robotics and instrumentation.
- Willingness to travel and comply with site safety rules and PPE.
- Service mindset, clear reporting and reliable delivery.
3. Collaboration models

4. How we work with you
- Clear briefing before each visit: scope, site contact, risks and documentation.
- Coordination from Barcelona with distributed teams in Spain and Portugal.
- Reporting after each intervention (job sheets, photos if needed, recommendations).
- Compliance with plant rules, health & safety and mandatory PPE.
5. Geographic coverage
Projects in Spain (all regions) and Portugal (Lisbon, Porto and northern/central industrial areas). Assignments depend on your residence, availability and specialisation.
6. Onboarding process
- Contact — Web form, email or WhatsApp with your skills and travel areas.
- Validation — Profile review and documentation (liability insurance, relevant certifications).
- Assignment — Network registration and matching to suitable projects.
7. Legal framework
Collaboration with Klaron Services (Uppla Group S.L.) is normally understood as professional services or a commercial relationship with a self-employed/commission partner, not an employment relationship, unless a written employment contract is explicitly signed.
Collaborators remain responsible for their own tax, labour and social security obligations as applicable. Personal data submitted during onboarding is processed under our privacy policy.
